Iron Mountain Expands by 8,000 square meters at ProLogis Park Blonie

A leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased more than 8,000 square meters of warehouse space at ProLogis Park Blonie to Iron Mountain Polska, a global leader in the information management industry.

 At the same time, Iron Mountain extended lease agreements on the existing   warehouse space also located at ProLogis Park Błonie.

ProLogis Park Błonie is a strategically located distribution center located 25 kilometers west of Warsaw, near the E30 Route. It offers excellent access to major roads and highways, and enables prompt deliveries to both domestic and European markets. The logistics park comprises eight buildings totaling more than 152,000 square meters of modern warehouse space.

Additional customers at ProLogis Park Błonie include Arvato Services (Bertelsmann Media), DC, Interchem, L`Oreal, Mercedes-Benz, New Idea Mebel, Optimum Distribution, PPG Deco, Tradis and Wincanton.

ProLogis’ portfolio in the Warsaw area totals nine distribution parks (39 buildings) and more than 760,000 square meters of modern warehouse space.
