Interior design retailer in Krisztina Palace

Flairspring, an interior design and furniture retail company leased 443 sqm retail and office space in Krisztina Palace. This is the second retail unit of the Flairspring Group after their first shop opening in May 2012 at Szabadság tér – said Miklós Ecsődi, office leasing associate at Colliers International Hungary, introducing the tenant in the transaction.

Flairspring is a startup Hungarian interior design and furniture retail company whichis the exclusive importer of two US household brands. One of them is La-Z-Boy, a 85 year-old enterprise, specializing in producing recliners, motion sofas and armchairs. The other brand is the 36 year-old, family owned Uttermost Company, which gained its reputation by offering one of the widest selections in home accessories in the world. 

 

The new commercial unit has been chosen for the sake of demanding and design-loving customers.
