Busy time at ProLogis Warehouses in Poznan

ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it has signed two lease agreements at ProLogis’ Poznań distribution parks, totaling 12,200 square meters.

The recent lease transactions were signed with:

Green Integrated Logistics, an international logistics operator, which will occupy approximately 9,100 square meters in Building Five at ProLogis Park Poznań II. Anna Isalska Nieruchomości acted as the leasing agent for this transaction.

Wincanton, a leading European developer and provider of advanced supply chain solutions, which will occupy an additional 3,100 square meters of warehouse space in Building Three at ProLogis Park Poznań.  With this transaction, Wincanton now leases more than 17,300 square meters of industrial space from ProLogis in its Poznań facilities. Recent transaction was facilitated by Glob Nieruchomości real estate agency.

ProLogis portfolio in Poznań comprises 11 facilities totaling 164,000 square metres of industrial space, located in two distribution parks situated approximately 15 kilometres west of the city centre.
