Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as exclusive leasing agency of Buda Square
Recovery Ltd, a member of CIB Group has appointed the international real estate advisory firm, Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive leasing agency of Buda Square office building. The building will be partly renovated and the common spaces will be redesigned in the near future.
The office building offers 17,600 sq m Grade A office space on 5 floors, out of which 11,500 sq m is immediately available to rent. Buda Square, located in the cosy historical part of the 3rd District, only 10 minutes driving distance from the city centre, was built in 1995 and soon became a very popular office building. The interior spaces of the iconic building will be refurbished during the second half of 2012, paying particular attention on the central lobby. The new, modern appearance of the reception area will establish a more attractive working environment for the tenants and their clients. Parallel to the new interior design fit-out, the technical upgrading will start so the building will achieve the competitive technical specification level of the new Grade A office buildings.
There are numerous amenities in the close vicinity of the building to assist the tenants in their daily routine. The building offersuseful in-house services for the tenants such as a car wash, a restaurant, a café, and a bank branch. The largest tenant of the building is Geoholding Zrt., the owner of a group of companies like Geomédia Kiadó Zrt, Geopen Könyvkiadó Zrt and Mezőgazda Kiadó Kft. among others.
Jones Lang LaSalle has recently introduced Világi-Hajdu Ügyvédi Iroda to Buda Square for 300 sq m office space. Before moving to Buda Square the law firm had two offices in Budapest. The main concerns of their office search were good accessibility, excellent public transport connections and flexible lease terms which was entirely fulfilled by the owner Recovery Ltd during the negotiations.
