New Customer at ProLogis Park Chorzów

ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities announced today that it has signed a lease agreement for 15,750 square metres at ProLogis Park Chorzów with an importer and distributor of spare parts and accessories for cars. Colliers International real estate agency represented ProLogis in lease negotiations.

ProLogis Park Chorzów is a modern distribution park comprises nine buildings totalling over 233,000 square meters of both warehouse and office space.

The park features an excellent location near the A4 motorway that connects Germany with Ukraine, and close to the junction of the two largest Polish transportation corridors – the A4 East-West and A1 North-South motorways – currently being built, and 40 kilometers away from the airport in Pyrzowice, which allows for flexible storage and efficient distribution to local markets and neighboring countries.

Additional customers at ProLogis Park Chorzów include: Aldi, CJ International, C.Hartwig Gdynia, Danone, FM Polska, Kuehne Nagel, Mid Ocean Logistics, Raben, Saint Gobain Construction Products, Wilhelm Karmann and VIP Collection.

ProLogis’ portfolio in the Upper Silesia region comprises five distribution parks (27 buildings) totalling more than 520,000 square metres of warehouse and office space.
