Fiege Grows into Remaining Space at Prologis Park Hegyeshalom
Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that Fiege, one of Europe’s leading logistics providers has renewed its 8,300 square metre lease in DC1 at Prologis Park Hegyeshalom, and expanded by another 3,100 square metres, taking all remaining developed space in the facility.

Prologis Park Hegyeshalom is located in western Hungary’s “magic triangle” (between Vienna, Bratislava and Győr), providing easy access to Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest via the M1 and M15 motorways. The park comprises one building totalling 24,100 square meters, and has a total potential of six facilities totaling 150,000 square meters of state-of-the-art distribution space.
