Solid Logistics expands at prologis Poznan II

ProLogis, the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it signed a lease agreement for more than 6,000 square metres of modern warehouse space at ProLogis Park Poznań II with Solid Logistics, a provider of comprehensive export and import logistic services with the use of all modes of transport on national and international routes.

In addition, Solid Logistics has extended its two lease agreements totalling 8,500 square metres of warehouse space within the same distribution park.

Following this recent transaction, Solid Logistics occupies 27,500 square metres of warehouse space at ProLogis distribution centres in Poznań and Gdańsk.

“The efficiency of the logistics side of our business is a guarantee of our profit and our customers’ satisfaction,” said Jarosław Dłużak, warehousing logistics director Solid Logistics. “ProLogis is a solid partner, and has demonstrated that good partnerships between customers and developers are possible.”

“We have signed several lease agreements in Poznań and are seeing an increased level of demand for this region,” said Dariusz Proniewicz, leasing manager ProLogis Poland. “Due to the limited amount of available supply we expect rent growth in the short/medium term.”
