Rhenus Chooses ProLogis Again!

ProLogis a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced that it has signed a new lease agreement for 17,200 square metres of warehouse space at ProLogis Park Błonie with Rhenus Contract Logistics, a provider of comprehensive logistic services across Europe. Colliers International real estate agency acted as the broker for this transaction.

Rhenus Contract Logistics decided to choose ProLogis once again and lease warehouse space at ProLogis Park Błonie, located 25 kilometres west of Warsaw, at the E30 route. With the new transaction, Building #1 is now fully leased. Currently, Rhenus occupies 28,200 square metres of space at ProLogis parks in Błonie, Dąbrowa Górnicza and Poznań.

ProLogis Park Błonie comprises eight industrial facilities totalling more than 152,000 square metres of modern warehouse space. Other ProLogis customers at the park include: arvato services (Bertelsmann Media), DC, Interchem, Iron Mountain, Mercedes-Benz, New Idea Mebel, Optimum Distribution, Papyrus, Tradis and Wincanton.

ProLogis’ portfolio in the Warsaw market includes nine distribution parks (39 buildings) totalling approximately 750,000 square metres of warehouse space available in the following strategic locations: Warsaw, Janki, Nadarzyn, Błonie, Teresin, Sochaczew.
