Early this year I bought a �new� car. In reality I bought a 1963 Trabant, which made most of my friends and staff (not to mention my wife) further question my sanity. Perhaps they were right, because once I got it home I found I had big problems with the engine � sometimes it only ran on one cylinder, but most of the time it just wouldn�t start at all.

After a few frustrating months I finally figured out what to do and called a Trabant repairman in the neighborhood. The first time Ferenc Horváth
checked the car he felt the engine while listening to it. Then he pulled the plugs and smelled them after he looked at them. At that point I knew I had found a true specialist. After a few weeks of major, very expensive ($150) overhaul the engine runs great and I drive my Trabant to work every day.
