New director heads Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets team

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has recently appointed Benjamin Perez-Ellischewitz as Head of Capital Markets Hungary and Croatia. Benjamin joined JLL in 2007 as a senior advisor and he has been instrumental in achieving a leading position in Capital Markets in Hungary. Before joining JLL he worked on the development of a boutique real estate advisory firm.

From 1997 to 2002, he worked with JPMogran in London, Seoul and Singapore. Previously he was working with Laboratoires Fournier in Warsaw in 1995-1996 as a Financial Controller of their Polish subsidiary.

Benjamin holds a MSc. in Business Administration from the Rouen Business School, a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and currently studies on the MSc in Property Investments from the University of Reading, UK. He is also a member of RICS since 2007. Besides French, his mother tongue, he speaks fluently English and Spanish.
