Auditor is the first major tenant in Laurus Offices

The only office development of second half of 2011 in Budapest will open in October. The developer of the Laurus Offices – the Erste Group Immorent Kft. – announced that BDO Magyarország Kft. signed a rental contract for the entire C-building. The building will open for occupation in October of 2011 for the international auditing company and for other tenants.

BDO Magyarország international auditing and tax consulting company will move into the C-building of the Laurus Offices project, they signed a contract for renting nearly 3.600 square meters of office space. „The number of enquiring potential tenants increased significantly since the topping out ceremony on February 1st. The official announcement of the leasing nearly 30 percent of the entire investment will probably attract other companies toward our unique development.” – added Sándor Gyáfrás, Managing Director of the Erste Group Immorent Kft.

Laurus Offices developed by the Austrian Erste Bank group’s affiliate specializing in property development, the Erste Group Immorent Kft. is located at the boarders of South-Pest districts and Határ út metro station interchange. The office development will be completed in October 2011. It will provide 14,000 square meters of grade ‘A’ office space and 1,000 square meters of retail space, as well as numerous underground and surface parking for prospective tenants. Laurus Offices consist of three separate blocks surrounding a closed inner courtyard, which with the surrounding green areas will provide a relaxed working space for its tenants.
