Tim Nicholls to head Colliers International CEE Valuation & Advisory Services

Colliers International CEE has announced the appointment of Tim Nicholls to Managing Director, CEE Valuation & Advisory Services. Tim, who will be based in Prague, will have full responsibility for the company’s valuation business across Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and the Ukraine.

Tim is an English expatriate who has previously worked in the Central & Eastern European markets initially at DTZ in Budapest in 2005 where he was Regional Valuations Director and more recently with King Sturge focusing on asset management in the CEE. Prior to that he worked at CBRE heading up its retail valuation team based in London. He will work closely with both Hadley Dean and John Verpeleti to increase and expand the market share of Colliers International throughout the CEE region. Tim has been a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for over 16 years specializing in both valuations and asset management.
