Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield are joint agents on West End Business Center

AEW Europe, representative Asset Manager of West End Business Center chose Cushman & Wakefield international real estate consultant as joint agent next to Jones Lang LaSalle who has already been instructed since 2011.

West EndBusiness Center is the closest building to downtown on the Váci corridor, directly opposite to WestEnd Shopping Center. The office complex consists of 3 buildings with a total of 28,000 m2 office space, which has been the office of well-known companies such as Sara Lee, Diageo or Ernst & Young. The building, which currently offers approximately 5,000 m2 free space, assists the comfort of its tenants by providing several services and high-quality technical content. While the on-site property management team is looking after the smooth running of the property, other amenities as bank branches, restaurants, car-wash, other shops and the near shopping centre help the daily duties of the workers.
