Jones Lang LaSalle appointed new Head of Project and Development Services

Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Gábor Onczay Dr. as Head of Project and Development Services.

Gábor is a lawyer and works in building consultancy since 1998 and has been working for many large corporations during this period. He started his career as facility manager, later he assigned to Magyar Építő Ltd. Following that, he joined the development team of APOLLO-Sundance and managed the fit-out of the 27,000 sq m Dorottya Palace office building. He spent 5 years at DTZ where he succesfully enlarged the scope of services by establishing the Project Management Department.

 

In the past years he managed a number of building renovation and modernisation as well as interior fit-out of approximately 40,000 sq m office and retail units such as the recently opened 1,100 sq m Hard Rock Café restaurant.

 

He is married, father of a girl.
