Prologis Leases 18,000 Square Metres at Prologis Park Bratislava

Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, announced today that it has signed three lease agreements totalling 18,000 square metres at Prologis Park Bratislava.

The most recent lease transactions in Prologis Park Bratislava include:

·         12,000 square metres leased toa family owned logistics company providing warehouse, trans-shipment, transportation services and individually tailored solutions in Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The company renewed its lease of 8,400 square metres and expanded it by an additional 3,600 square metres in DC 3;

 

·         4,800 square metre lease expansionin DC 3toRaben Logistics Slovakia, part of the Raben Group, a logistics operator providing services in warehousing, international road forwarding and domestic distribution. Raben also occupies 7,777 square metres in DC 5; and

 

·         1,200 square metre lease expansion to Carcoustics Slovakia, a worldwide company specialising in automotive and industrial acoustics solutions. The company now occupies 6,450 square metres in DC 2.

Prologis Park Bratislava is strategically located alongside the first exit of the D1 motorway, 24 kilometres east of Bratislava city centre and 2 kilometres from Senec. It currently consists of six distribution facilities totalling more than 183,000 square metres. The park has the capacity to develop two additional buildings totalling 100,000 square metres.

 

Existing customers at the park include: Červa Slovensko, ČSAD Invest Logistics, DHL Logistics Slovakia, dm drogerie markt, Lagermax Slovakia, Movianto Slovensko, NAY, Spandex, Tesco International Clothing Brand, Textile House for EURO TRADE, and Tinaco.
