5,000 square metres for Wincanton in Prologis Park

Warsaw – November 23, 2010 – ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it has signed a lease agreement for 5,000 square metres of modern warehouse space in Building Five at ProLogis Park Błonie with Wincanton, a leading provider of supply chain solutions in Europe.

Wincanton occupies more than 261,700 square metres of space at 26 ProLogis distribution centres throughout Europe.

“In our dealings with clients we focus on optimising their distribution networks and logistics on the national and international level”, said Paweł Michalak, Logistics Director for Wincanton. “We selected ProLogis Park Błonie because of the location and quality of facilities”.

ProLogis Park Błonie is strategically located 25 kilometres west of Warsaw, near the E30 route. It offers excellent access to major roads and enables prompt deliveries to both domestic and European markets. There are eight buildings in the park totalling approximately 152,000 square meters of modern warehouse space.

ProLogis customers at ProLogis Park Błonie include Arvato Services (Bertelsmann Media), DC, Interchem, Iron Mountain, Mercedes-Benz, New Idea Mebel, Optimum Distribution, PPG Deco and Tradis.
