“The innovative power inherent in the development has extremely impressed us. In our opinion the project’s requirements set towards infrastructure and the conceptual approach of various use represent such a governing development, owing to which this whole investment can be considered exemplary not only with regard to Hungary but also other large European towns. During our cooperation with TóPARK so far the constructive and target oriented attitude of the concerned colleagues has particularly impressed us as they have passed obstacles easily and facilitated the process all through the – often – bumpy road to the final solution. Unfortunately, this is not unambiguous in case of investments of such a magnitude these days. It is our honor to be awarded with the trust of TóPARK and to be assigned with the implementation of this project that is not common for us” – they added.
OPG-Parking GmbH has not only contracted with TóPARK as a service provider but also as a tenant, thus the number of the office park’s tenants has also increased further.
