Salzgitter decided to upgrade its office space

After a thorough market research, Salzgitter Mannesmann, the German steel trading company decided to upgrade its office space and renegotiate its lease with its current landlord at CBC Office Building in Budapest. CBC was flexible in making the changes necessary for Salzgitter – informed the OGH News Agency Kata Mazsaroff, Director, Head of Office Agency at Colliers International, who represented the tenant in the transaction.

According to the new agreement Salzgitter Mannesmann will occupy an office space of 485 sqm. The Central Business Center Office Block (CBC) – situated in the area bordered by Margit Boulevard, Batthyány square and Csalogány street in the 2nd district of Buda – is a first-class office building, using high-tech solutions. It gives home, among others, to financial institutions as well as telecommunications and consulting firms. In the areas to let the inner design of the premises is created at the tenants’ request.

 

„In the office block, a standard floor is 1,300 m2. Each floor may be divided by partition-walls, on request. We are glad, that CBC was flexible in making the changes necessary for Salzgitter to keep its tenant” – said Kata Mazsaroff.
