REsidence offices delivered

The two new buildings of REsidence offices opened by welcoming freshly moved in tenants, and an international quality award. The buildings with 18.800 square metre of office space were delivered on the 25th of March 2010 by RE project development Ltd., the subsidiary of one of the biggest real estate developers in the CEE region. The quality have been also awarded by new tenants: Epamedia and Aegis Media just moved in.

The Residence offices were developed by the Hungarian subsidiary of Austrian Raiffeisen Evolution, RE project development in the neighbourhood of the Castle district. REsidence 1. in Kacsa street has 9 levels: 2 basement levels, an entrance level, 6 floors. REsidence 2. in Ganz street has 8 stories: 2 basement levels, an entrance level and 5 floors. The two buildings provide 256 places for underground parking.

The reception and the welcome area at the ground floor both have a compelling design, leading towards the three wings of the building, also including an inner courtyard garden. Highly flexible office spaces where different open space office arrangements or smaller units can also be created are situated at the upper levels of REsidence. Service areas and public spaces are grouped around the core of the building near the entrances and the elevators. Aegis Media is renting 1500 square meters of office space in REsidence 1., while Epamedia is renting 1100 square metres in REsidence 2. The office of Epamedia was fully tailored to the needs of the client in a record breaking 36 days.

The annual Best Project Award founded by Laminam was presented to the REsidence 1-2. offices, as the most outstanding example of modern architecture using quality surfaces. The Best Project 2009 Award was handed over to Mr. Rudolf Riedl by Tamás Urda Hungarian representative of the company on the opening ceremony of the office buildings. Laminam – the manufacturer of ceramic materials which make up a technologically advanced surface – gives the award to new projects using its products from South-Korea to North-America.

The protection of our environment, efficient operation, and flexibility are always key questions for RE project development when a building is engineered to provide the maximum personalisation and the best prices for tenants. REsidence 1. and 2. were also constructed by these key elements in mind. Both of the buildings have an imposing and spacious lobby with a reception area, highly flexible office spaces, a café, a restaurant, a pedestrian public passage and a rooftop garden all serve the needs of the people.

These fantastic opportunities are easily spotted, but state of the art technology is hidden behind them. A modern HVAC – Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning – system is installed which  also humidifies air when needed. Raised floors, and suspended ceilings provide a ‘tidy’ office space, together with the mix of natural and special artificial lightning gives a comfortable feeling for people.
