Sauflon CL, already leasing 6,300 square meters in Building Four at ProLogis Park Budapest-Gyál, has now expanded its lease agreement to include 7,000 square meters of additional space, bringing its total occupancy at the park to 13,300 square meters. “In the recent years ProLogis has become our distribution space provider of choice,” said
Mr. János Peer, managing director for Sauflon CL. “The company deeply understands our specific requirements concerning industrial facilities and consistently provides high-quality distribution space as well as professional client management services. We have already found excellent business value at ProLogis Park Budapest-Gyál because of its excellent location and modern amenities, and we are looking forward to extending our relationship with ProLogis for the long term.
“We have seen signs of stabilization in the industrial real-estate market during the last quarter of 2009, and the expansion of this lease with our highly valued client, Sauflon CL, at ProLogis Park Budapest-Gyál is an indication of increased customer activity,” said László Kemenes, vice president and market officer for ProLogis in Hungary. “The fact that this major extension of the space leased by Sauflon CL comes together with an extension of the lease period for another long-term agreement also supports the basic elements of our strategy. With global industrial expertise, well-located facilities and a focus on solid customer relationships, ProLogis is Hungary’s leading provider of distribution space.”
