Prologis leases 22,500 square meters of warehouse space in Southwest Polland
ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has signed lease agreements for more than 22,500 square metres of modern warehouse space located in ProLogis distribution parks in Poznań and Wroclaw.

Three most recent transactions, totalling more than 22,500 square metres of space located in the area of Wroclaw and Poznań, include:
An 11,900-square-metre warehouse lease agreement that has been extended by Kuehne Nagel, a global provider of logistics services at ProLogis Park Wrocław. The company currently leases approximately 411,900 square metres of distribution space in 22 ProLogis facilities globally.
A 7,800-square-metre lease at ProLogis Park Poznań with Wincanton Logistics, a leading global logistics operator, which already leases more than 252,400 square metres of space at ProLogis locations worldwide.
A 2,830-square-metre lease for modern production and warehouse space located at ProLogis Park Wrocław III with Sonoco Ltd, a global leader in the manufacture of industrial and consumer packaging. The new agreement will enlarge the Sonoco warehouse in Wroclaw, to 14,000 square metres.
ProLogis’ portfolio in southwest Poland includes six modern warehouse parks, located throughout Wroclaw and Poznan.
With four distribution parks and 17 buildings, totalling more than 395,000 square metres of warehouse space, ProLogis is the leading provider of warehouse space in Wroclaw with a 75 percent market share. The company’s portfolio in Poznan comprises 11 facilities totalling 164,000 square metres of industrial space, located in two distribution parks situated about 15 kilometres west of the city centre.
