PROLOGIS LEASES 11,800 SQUARE METRES IN POLAND

WARSAW, Poland – November16, 2010 – ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it signed a fourth-quarter lease agreement with a leading consumer packaged goods company in Poland for 11,800 square metres.

The existing ProLogis customer will occupy the space at ProLogis Park Sochaczew Building Three in Sochaczew, Poland.

“We are pleased to announce that, with this transaction, ProLogis Park Sochaczew is 96 percent leased,” said Wojciech Kosiór, ProLogis Leasing Manager Poland. “The distribution park is in a prime location and it has been popular with our customers as they streamline their distribution networks in Poland.”

Jones Lang LaSalle real estate agency acted as the leasing agent for this transaction.

ProLogis Park Sochaczew is a modern distribution park comprising six buildings and totalling 101,200 square metres of warehouse and office space. The Park is located in the eastern part of the city of Sochaczew, directly off the national E30 road (Warsaw-Berlin) and approximately 50 kilometres west of Warsaw city centre. The site is connected to the national road No. 50 (Germany-Lithuania) and has its own railway siding that links to the international railway connection (Berlin-Moscow).

With a portfolio of about 2.1 million square metres of space in 105 buildings at 25 distribution parks, ProLogis is a leading provider of warehouse facilities in Poland.
