NXP’S office lease renewal in IP WEST

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has successfully represented NXP Semiconductors N.V (NXP) – a leading semiconductor producer company, founded by Philips more than 50 years ago – in their office lease renewal on 2, 595 sq m in IP West office building owned by CA Immo, one of the leading European real estate developers.

In addition to the 2,595 sq m office space, which extends over two floors of the scheme, NXP has also renewed their contract for 38 parking spaces.  Gergely Pados, Head of Office agency at C&W Budapest said: “After an extensive search of the market, it became clear that the best solution for NXP was to renew at IP West.
