Many new tenants in Hermina Business Tower (District XIV)!
With a good start in the first quarter of 2010, Hallmark Properties leased out nearly 2,000 sqm office space in Hermina Business Tower. Recently the following companies have moved in to the building: Universal Music Kft., Creative 4 U Kft., Krauthammer Kft., ASCO Magnesszelep Kft., Herb-Pharma HU, Alerion Kft.
Hallmark Properties is an international asset manager, strong in the fields of office-, warehouse and commercial projects; it manages in Hungary the Hermina Business Tower, located along Hungaria körút, Szerémi Business Park warehouse project in district XI., Nova Park 83 warehouses in district IV, along Vaci road and a project called Ives Business Park, providing warehouse and office for a trader company, located also in district IV.
