Cargill renewed its rental agreement

Cargill, the multinational producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products represented by CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) achieved significant decline on rental cost when renewing its rental agreement in its office building on Váci út.

Cargill was seeking for a larger office space and for more favourable, tenant-friendly rental conditions. At the final negotiations, the world’s largest privately owned company decided to renew the contract of its current offices. In the course of the agreement assisted by CBRE the American company achieved roughly 20 per cent drop in rental costs.
