Airport City Building „C” has reached 100% occupancy

A new tenant has signed a lease agreement in Airport City Logistics Park: Trilak Festékgyártó Kft. will move to Building „C” resulting in 100% occupancy for the building.

Many companies are interested in the second phase of the park – Building „D” – as well and the landlord is in serious negotiations with further future tenants. DTZ international property advisor introduced Trilak to Airport City just as all the other existing tenants of the park.

As the leading paint manufacturer of Hungary, Trilak Festékgyártó Kft. offers wide product assortment for companies active in the construction industry and deal with the production of special paint products. Trilak is the member of American-owned PPG EMEA, the second largest consortium of paint industry in Europe. Their decision for Airport City Logistics Park was based on the high flexibility of the landlord, the special technical fit-out and the strategic location of the park. The company has acquired 3,016 sq m of warehouse space in Building „C” and will move in in October 2010.

Airport City Logistics Park – developed by Ablon – is located close to the junction of the Airport clearway and Üllői road, 5 minutes from Ferihegy Airport and the new section of M0 highway. The first phase of the park was handed over in Q1 2008 containing 8,300 sq m of storage and 2,000 sq m of office accommodation with now 100% occupancy. The second phase – Building “D” – handed over in January 2009 offers another 9,300 sq m of warehouse and office space. Airport City has proved to be very popular among Hungarian and international logistics and commercial companies as a result of the excellent location, the flexible layout and customs services on site.
