Upper Silesia region attracts new customers
A leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today the lease of 24,300 square metres at ProLogis logistics parks in Chorzów and Dąbrowa Górnicza in the Upper Silesia region of Poland.
ArchiDoc, a leader in document management outsourcing solutions will occupy approximately 11,800 square metres of warehouse space in Building Eight. Metropolis real estate agency acted as the leasing agent for this transaction.
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska, a provider of top-quality logistics solutions. The company will occupy 5,800 square metres of warehouse space in Building Nine. Colliers International real estate agency represented ProLogis in lease negotiations.
In addition, ProLogis announced a new lease with ANL Plastics, a manufacturer of thermoformed packaging materials for food and industrial products, which joins the group of customers of ProLogis Park Dąbrowa. ANL Plastics will occupy 6,700 square metres of warehouse space in Building Eight. Jartom real estate agency acted as the leasing agent for this transaction.

ProLogis Park Chorzów is the largest modern distribution park in Poland and comprises nine buildings totalling more than 233,000 square meters of both warehouse and office space. The park features an excellent location near the A4 motorway that connects Germany with Ukraine, and is close to a junction currently under development that will connect the two largest Polish transportation corridors – the A4 East-West and the A1 North-South. The park is also 40 kilometers away from the airport in Pyrzowice, enabling flexible storage and efficient distribution to local markets and neighbouring countries.
ProLogis Park Dąbrowa comprises ten facilities totalling 144,000 square meters located in the north-eastern part of the Silesian region near expressway S1 – connecting A4 motorway and Katowice International Airport – and national road 94. Dąbrowa Górnicza has extensive railway network access including Warsaw-Katowice line (VI Pan-European corridor) and nearby Broad Gauge Metallurgy Line terminal in Sławków.
The ProLogis portfolio in the Upper Silesia region includes five distribution parks (27 buildings) totalling 523,000 square metres of modern warehouse space.
