Smashing December for ProLogis
Warsaw, Poland – February 7, 2011 – ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced that in December the company signed new lease agreements for 48,700 square metres of warehouse space. Thanks to the lease transaction with LOXX, the German group of forwarding enterprises offering international transport, domestic distribution and logistics services, ProLogis Park Warsaw II is now fully leased.
In December, new lease agreements were signed also at ProLogis parks in the Silesia region. Deichmann, a footwear store chain, has leased almost 10,500 square metres of space at ProLogis Park Wrocław III, and a leading global supplier for the automotive industry, has taken up 3,555 square metres at the ProLogis’ distribution facility in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
