ProLogis signs new lease agreement for 17.500 square meters at ProLogis Park Piotrków II.

ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased 17,500 square meters of warehouse space at ProLogis Park Piotrków II to Stock Polska, a subsidiary of the international Stock Spirits Group, a leader in the branded vodka sector and one of the three largest alcohol manufacturers in Poland.

Stock Polska will occupy Building One at ProLogis Park Piotrków II, a modern distribution park located in Central Poland next to the junction of two main transport routes linking northern and southern Poland.

“An efficient distribution network guarantees that our customers receive our product on time,” said Arkadiusz Żurek, Logistics Manager at Stock Polska. “Thanks to this new partnership with ProLogis, we are certain that the modern storage facility we have just leased meets all of our distribution requirements, and its ideal location ensures effective distribution all across Poland.”

ProLogis Park Piotrków II is located in the suburbs of Piotrków Trybunalski, in Majków Duży, just 40 km from the region’s capital – Lódz. Currently, ProLogis Park Piotrków II comprises one warehouse facility with a total space of 17,500 square meters. Once completed, the Park will include six buildings totaling more than 128,000 square meters.

In Poland, ProLogis’ portfolio consists of approximately 2.1 million square meters of distribution space in 25 distribution parks. In Central and Eastern Europe, the company has 3.7 million square meters of distribution space in 40 parks.
