King Sturge is the new co-exclusive agent on Haller Gardens

The Agency Department of King Sturge Hungary has been appointed as the new co-exclusive leasing agent for Haller Gardens office building working in close cooperation with EHL.

“We are very proud to represent such a high profile building.  – says Attila Hopka, senior advisor of King Sturge Budapest. – The recent lease of BP proves that the building is attractive for international occupiers.  The tenants in the neighbouring buildings also reinforce the fact that this is a desired location for large corporations. We are certain that the quality design and the great location will speak for itself and we will sign new lease contracts soon.”

The 32,000 m2 Haller Gardens – one of the most exciting development of AIG/Lincoln – is located on Soroksari ut, in the most dynamic area of District 9.  The Austrian IMMOEAST AG acquired the building in 2008.

Some of the most unique aspects of Haller Gardens are the large, efficient and flexible floorplates that can be tailored to the needs of the tenants.  All office areas are very light, and there are roof gardens and terraces located on the upper floors.  The underground garage provides 603 parking spaces, and the building can be easily accessed by car or public transportation.

One of the major tenants is BP which occupies 6200 m2 of the building.  There is also an almost 1000 m2 restaurant and two bank branches on the ground floor.

Leasing will focus on tenants that are looking for a good location and excellent working environment, and companies which require a separate reception area and ample parking.  There are preliminary plans in place for a large-scale event to introduce Haller Gardens that will be organized by EHL and King Sturge with the support of IMMOEAST in May or June of 2010.
