Károly Katkó joins CBRE as new Head of Tenant Representation and Global Corporate Services

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) announced that Károly Katkó is the newest member of CBRE as Head of Tenant Representation and Global Corporate Services.

Károly Katkó joined CBRE in May 2011 as Head of Tenant Representation and Global Corporate Services. The new colleague arrived to the Hungarian office of the world’s largest property advisor with seven years of experience in landlord representation and property portfolio management. Prior Károly worked for ORCO Property Group Hungary, GVA Robertson and Jones Lang Lasalle Hungary, representing major commercial property companies as well as multinational corporate tenants.

Mr. Katkó’s responsibilities encompass representing global corporate clients of CBRE as well as local tenants thereby further increasing CBRE’s market share in Hungary.

“As the Head of the Hungarian CBRE branch I am happy to announce that another valuable professional has joined our team in Budapest strengthening our position in the intense competition. This also means good news for our clients: under the management of Károly the representation of tenants and owners will be separated again, therefore our transactions will be more transparent and we will be able to serve the interest of all our clients entirely- stated Adrienne Konthur, the Managing Director of CBRE Hungary.
