Geodis Calberon Chooses Prologis

ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it has signed a new lease agreement for more than 17,300 square meters in Building Four at ProLogis Park Bucharest A1 with Geodis Calberson, a third-party logistics and international transport provider and subsidiary of SNCF (French Railway).

In addition, Geodis has expanded its lease agreement totalling 3,490 square metres of warehouse space in Building Two within the same distribution park. Thanks to these transactions ProLogis Park Bucharest is fully leased.

Geodis currently occupies more than 44,000 square meters in ProLogis Park Bucharest A1, a modern logistics park located along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, Romania’s primary east-west interstate, approximately 23 kilometers west of downtown Bucharest. SNCF occupies more than 421,100 square metres of space at 20 ProLogis distribution centres throughout Europe.

ProLogis Bucharest A1 comprises four buildings totaling 108,000 square meters of EPC Class A-rated industrial space. Other customers at the park include Augsburg International Impex, cargo-partner, Centrum Logistics, Gefco, Kuehne Nagel and Omega Transport & Logistics.

In Central and Eastern Europe, ProLogis has a portfolio totaling 3.7 million square meters at 41 distribution parks.
