Fiege Moves into ProLogis Park Hegyeshalom in Hungary
ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that Fiege, a leading contract logistics provider in Europe will occupy 8,300 square meters of warehouse space at ProLogis Park Hegyeshalom.
Fiege has just moved into its 8,300-square meters distribution center in the first building at ProLogis Park Hegyeshalom, a state-of-the-art industrial park located less than 10 kilometers from the Hungarian borders with both Austria and Slovakia. With this transaction, Fiege now leases more than 121,200 square meters of industrial space from ProLogis in facilities throughout Europe.

ProLogis Park Hegyeshalom is located in western Hungary’s “magic triangle”(between Vienna, Bratislava and Győr), providing easy access to Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest via the M1 and M15 motorways. The park currently comprises one building totaling 23,100 square meters: at full build out the park total six facilities comprising 150,000 square meters of state-of-the-art distribution space.
ProLogis’ portfolio in Hungary consists of six distribution parks, comprising 29 buildings for a total of more than 485,000 square meters of distribution space.
