ProLogis Signs two lease extensions totaling 14,700 square meters in Hungary

ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today the extension of two lease agreements totaling approximately 14,700 square meters of modern warehouse space in Hungary.

The extended lease agreements include:

A 12,300-square-meter lease agreement with Sanofi Aventis, a leading global pharmaceutical company at ProLogis Harbor Park, and

A 2,400-square-meter lease agreement with an international, market leading specialty plastic and fiber products supplier at ProLogis Park Budapest-Sziget.

ProLogis Harbor Park is a strategically located, modern logistics centre with eleven buildings totaling more than 132,000 square meters of distribution space. The park is located on the M6 motorway, 2.5 kilometers from the M0 ring road.

ProLogis Park Budapest-Sziget is a modern distribution park with seven facilities totaling approximately 120,500 square meters of industrial space; the park also has enough land to support an additional 50,200 square meters in new developments. The park is strategically located 17 kilometers south of the city centre of Budapest, adjacent to the M0 motorway, with quick access to the international airport and to the M1, M7 and M5 Motorways.

ProLogis’ portfolio in Hungary totals six distribution parks, comprising 29 buildings for a total of more than 485,000 square meters of distribution space.
