Prologis Leases 6,800 square metres in the Czech Republic
OSTRAVA, Czech Republic – October 22, 2010 – ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it signed a third-quarter lease agreement in its completed development portfolio in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Cushman & Wakefield real estate agency acted as the broker for this transaction.
ProLogis Park Ostrava is a state-of-the-art distribution park that consists of two buildings totalling 66,000 square metres of warehouse and office space. In addition to good public transport connections, including I-47, which serves seven public transport routes, Ostrava is proving more and more popular for logistics and light-production companies seeking access to its population of more than 10 million people within a 150 kilometre radius.
ProLogis‘ portfolio in the Czech Republic comprises six distribution parks (26 buildings) totalling more than 605,000 square metres of warehouse and office space.
