Atenor signs new tenant to Vaci Greens

Atenor, Belgian developer listed on Nyse-Euronext, announced the signing of a lease agreement in VaciGreens Building A in Budapest with SYKES, leading provider of customer contact management solutions and services. SYKES will occupy 2125m² on an entire floor.

Váci GreensBuilding A,  which will be completed shortly, comprises a total GLA of 15,900 sq m over ground floor and 6 upper levels.   The only new office building completing in the entire of Budapest in 2013, it is already certified as a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ building, the first ever in Budapest.
