Millennium Tower I: Agencies join forces for success

Colliers International and Eston International have won the joint-exclusive mandate for the leasing of Tower I at Millennium City Center. The building owners (Heitman European Property Partners IV and project developer TriGranit Development Corporation) jointly appointed Colliers and Eston.

The 18,000 sqm Millennium Tower I office building was designed by György Fazakas and handed over in 2006. Due to its unique energy-saving technical solutions, attractive glass façade and streamlined architectural style, the building has won a reputation for excellence and efficiency among tenants. The building is currently approximately 80% let to major international tenants including Vodafone and Boehringer Ingelheim.

“We are very pleased to receive this new mandate from Heitman for the prestigious Millennium Tower I building developed by TriGranit. The areas which have recently become available represent an exceptional opportunity for tenants looking for prime quality space and a flexible, client focused landlord.” – said Tim Hulzebos, Managing Director of Colliers International Hungary, in expressing his pleasure at working together with Heitman and TriGranit again.

“Millennium Tower I. offers an opportunity for small and medium-sized companies as well as startups to realize the benefits of a high end work environment in a class “A” office building.  We expect the exceptional reputation and the high quality of the building will sell themselves and so we expect this space to lease quite quickly.” – said Adorján Salamon, CEO of Eston International.

The available office space totals 3,800 sqm and can be leased in individual units of 300 sqm to 1,600 sqm on a floor.  On the top floor, there is an exclusive office with terraces on all side and a spectacular view for the Danube that is unique in the Budapest office market.
